that is reflected in Italy's coffee bars. We
pride ourselves on providing Top Level products,
service and hospitality. The daytime atmosphere
is that of a Cafe' with a very distinct Italian
flavor and at night it
becomes an upscale Lounge and Entertainment
Venue.

Training
Training is the
foundation for an exciting experience that will
lead us both to success. To make sure of it, we
will assist the Franchisee through all stages of
professional growth, starting with training
sessions and hands on experience
at a
designated facility/venue. Preparation
will alternate theory with practical experience
so that the Franchisee can constantly sharpen
their skills. Focus will be on espresso/coffee
operations.
During the training
period, the Franchisee will:
- Gain
confidence in espresso/coffee menus and handling
the presentation of an Italian coffee bar.
- Optimize
company performance through F&B quality
control.
- Become
familiar with order management, stock
management, quality control of the served
product and the retail product
- Select and train a
staff
- Promote
the company in their local market
