SUPPORT & TRAINING
PROVIDED
The Weathersby Guild initial training program is an in-depth course crafted
to result in an elevated skill level. The course is taught by three Master
Craftsmen with a combined century of experience and is conducted over a 20
day period. All training after week one is one-on-one only. The course consists
of classroom lectures on the restoration arts and on claims handling procedures.
It also consists of basic and advanced skills labs and extensive on-the-job training.
Upon completion of the basic training program, the Guild member will be competent
to conduct demanding repairs in revenue service. The basic course is followed-up with
a mandatory field visit 60 to 90 days after the basic course is completed.
Extensive mentoring is provided to insure the Guild member continues to grow in
his or her craft and to insure compliance with Weathersby Guild standards.
